Finally, starting tomorrow, the Tokyo University of the Arts Graduation Works Exhibition! I am really nervous and excited to be showing the results of my studies in lithography. Please come out to support all of the graduating students!

I will be showing my work at the University Museum 3F

9:30-17:30 (closing at 12:30 on the last day)

I will be there the whole day on the 27th and at least a few hours every other day of the show. Can't wait to see you there!

Who wants a card?

Note: this offer is open to anyone, it doesn't matter if we know each other or not. There is something very special about receiving mail and I want to share that joy with the world.

Final work

For the final exhibition, I will only be able to show the 4 prints that make up my thesis work.  I thought I would give everyone a view of the set up I did yesterday to get a look at what I've been up to for the past couple years.

Last day of school

Today is the last official day of studio use. I am using it to pack up all my things and bring them home, which is leaving me with a bit of a feeling of emptiness. I have spent the past 2 1/2 years in the Geidai lithography studio and it has come to feel a bit like home. I am sad that I won't be seeing all the familiar faces in hanga on a regular basis. I have learnt so much, had many great times and some hard times that I couldn't have made it through without everyone's support. I am truly grateful for this amazing experience, these may have been the best couple years of my life.

私は出展していないけど、第３７回大学版画展見に行ってきました。芸大の後輩達や全国の美大生に作られた作品を数多く見る機会です。小品販売に数点出したので、いい値段で版画買いたい人も、是非見に行ってください！
