CWAJ 2015

I attended the opening of the 60th CWAJ Print Show tonight.
Held at the Tokyo American Club, it really feels like a celeb affair... and there was even an appearance by the Japanese Empress Michiko!
It's on at Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Oct 30-Nov 1) in Tokyo and then Nov 6-8 in Kobe.
Definitely a must see for all print lovers!

Space NIO Event

水曜日に「日本で学んだ外国人アーティスト」展の特別なイベントに行ってきました。ギャラリートークに少しだけ参加させて頂きました。大勢の人の前に話すのは相変わらず緊張したが、他のアーティストから面白い話を聞く事が出来て、とても良かった！

A few photos from the event at Space NIO on Wednesday. I got to partake in a little gallery talk and then listen to an interesting panel discussion on art in Japan compared to other countries.

It's very last minute, but I will be taking part in a 3-person printmaking exhibition at the end of the month. Han 5 will start on Oct 31 at Roid Works Gallery.
